We bump into NASHO Fair Go president Geoff Parks

The mission of NASHO Fair go is unashamedly to obtain some justice for a group of Australian men who under national conscription were sent to the Army and have been forgotten by successive federal governments since National service was abolished on in 1972.

​

63,375 people were conscripted into the army, under threat of imprisonment, for a period of either 18 or 24 months. 

 

NASHO Fair Go are fighting to obtain DVA Gold Health Cards for all National Servicemen who served between 1965 and 1972 for the Vietnam War.
